These muffins are made from a sourdough base, so they aren't the uber-sweet muffins from the coffee shop. Instead, they have a wonderful balance between the flavors and one muffin will tide you over until lunch. Much of their sweetness comes from the organic  blueberries that will burst in your mouth in each bite but my favorite part is the crumb topping that really sets these muffins apart.
 
I like mine slightly warmed and smeared with butter. But, do whatever makes your heart happy.
